Step 6. Be sure to point the IR sender of the original remote to the IR receiver on the back end of the SAM2000 (the end of the remote that would point towards you if you were using it). The IR receiver is not at the front end, where the IR sender and LED indicator are. Step 7. The manual will state that you must “press the same button again” when SND2 appears on the SAM2000's display. This “same button” must be the button on the original remote you want to program to the SAM2000, not the button being programmed on the SAM2000 (this is a verification step) -- $32.58
